KATHI ROLLS

Kathi Rolls by Kabab Factory is a new concept developed by Chef/Owner Gaurav Anand of Bhatti Indian Grill.  Located in the Gramercy Park neighborhood of Manhattan, or more specifically, Curry Hill. Kathi Rolls is a casual, modern Indian café offering deliciously tasty and healthy rolls that will satisfy every appetite.

At Kathi Rolls, Anand is recreating these famous Indian rolls with an open fire grill, giving the meats and vegetables a distinct flavor not only in soft Roomali, but in special non greasy white and whole wheat Paranthas.

The custom made rolls are offered in several varieties, including Chicken Tikka Roll (seasoned boneless chicken grilled with onions and ground mild spices); Seekh Kabab Roll (minced lamb with traditional spices); and Egg Roll (two eggs with onions, black pepper and ground spices). 

Vegetarian Kathi Rolls are also available, including Chickpeas Roll; Potato Roll; and Paneer Tikka Roll (homemade cottage cheese cooked with fresh green peas and onions).
